Visiting Suffolk

Suffolk Historic Churches Trust know how many visitors to Suffolk love visiting our wonderful medieval churches, so we are working with ChooseSuffolk this year to promote both our churches and our fund-raising annual bike ride even more widely.

You might like to time your visit for the second Saturday in September which is BikeRide Day, or have family and friends come and stay that weekend, and take part in the bike ride – it is great fun and a good way to see the county.

Cycle Hire:

Many people would like to join in our bike ride but don't have bicycles so we want to track down all the bike hire shops in the county and list here on our website. It is a free service – but it would be nice if the shop agreed to put up a poster for us too. As cycle hire shops are quite hard to find (as many don't have websites) ChooseSuffolk would like the list to promote them too.
