Grant Application Form

Because of the amount of supporting material that is needed with a grant application  it is not suitable for an online application directly to SHCT.

We suggest you complete the form online, save it into your own documents before printing it and then post it, along with the required photographs and/or plans, to the Administrator, Suffolk Historic Churches Trust, Brinkleys, Hall Street, Long Melford, Suffolk, CO10 9JR.
