The work of the Trust is controlled by a Board of Trustees and there are separate sub-committees for Award of Grants, Investments, The Bike Ride and Fundraising.

The Trust operates from an office in Long Melford, which is manned by the Trust Secretary and an Assistant Secretary. The key personalities and Committees of the Trust are listed below.
